Peter's Backup solves problems that the backup programs that come with operating systems as well as commercial backup programs do not address.
Peter's Backup provides full and incremental backups, restores a file to any previous version, automatically keeps track of where every version of each file is stored, keeps track of deleted files so that files that have been removed on purpose are not restored, backups can be encrypted to ensure privacy of your data.
You can backup your data files on to disk, diskette, CD or DVD. Peter's backup will keep track of file versions and disks. This saves time, backups and restores are very fast.
This program is intended for backing up your important documents. It is not recommended backing up an entire disk. Files that are in use may not be backed up and files that are being updated while the backup is running will not be backed up correctly. Operating system files should not be backed up with this program.
